In line with on-going efforts to grow the company, developer Keppel Land has made new appointments in its leadership team that will take effect on 1 January 2013.
The Singapore operations, comprising residential and commercial segments will be merged into one unit helmed by Tan Swee Yiow, who will assume the position of President (Singapore). He will relinquish his overseas portfolio, which includes Indonesia, Thailand and Myanmar so that he can focus on the local market.

Lim Tow Fok, General Manager of Sustainable Design & Knowledge Management, will leave his post and assume the position of General Manager of Property Management & Knowledge Management. His vacated spot will be filled by Chung Choon San, the current General Manager of Project Management.
“We recognise that people are our greatest assets and are committed to strengthen our core competencies by putting in place a robust leadership team that will steer Keppel to the next level,” said CEO Ang Wee Gee.
