With many new projects springing up in the northeast, the Riversails condominium (pictured) in Upper Serangoon Crescent by developer Allgreen Properties is considered to have a competitive edge over similar developments in Punggol and Hougang.
Comprising 12 buildings, each at 18-storeys high, the project is expected to appeal to buyers looking to maintain a healthy lifestyle, with over 50 facilities where residents can exercise, keep fit and relax. These include a timber boardwalk, koi pond, lagoon spas, cabanas and treehouse playground.
Riversails will have a total of 920 homes ranging from one-bedroom units to penthouses with sizes from 505 to 2,927 sq ft and prices between S$738 and S$845 psf.
There will also be 920 parking lots and 10 handicap lots. In addition, the development is within close proximity to Hougang Mall, Hougang Plaza, Compass Point, Kang Kar Mall and the upcoming Punggol Promenade.
The developer is backed by a good reputation in the industry and has seen strong take-up at its various projects.
Riversails will obtain its temporary occupation period (TOP) by September 2017.
