UK developer Telford Homes will launch its Stratford Plaza development (pictured), located right in the heart of London, at a property exhibition in Singapore this weekend (2 – 4 November) at the St. Regis Hotel.

According to exclusive marketing agent Jones Lang LaSalle, Stratford Plaza features 198 stylish apartments ranging from one- to three-bedroom units and penthouses, with prices starting from £235,000 (S$462,670).

Units will comprise high-quality specifications, including innovative floor-to-ceiling glazing, under-floor heating, private winter-garden and stylish kitchen units. Residents also benefit from a 24-hour concierge service and two-year 24/7 emergency cover.

Moreover, there are a host of nearby sporting facilities such as the Olympic Aquatics Centre, Velodrome and Olympic Park.

Stratford Plaza is “well-positioned with Stratford Station only one minute walk and two minutes to Westfield Shopping Centre, making this project an excellent investment buy”, said Doris Tan, Head of Residential International Project Sales at JLL.

The development is also close to retail centres, restaurants, bars and other leisure facilities.

David Campbell, Group Sales & Marketing Director, Telford Homes, said: “We’re expecting exceptionally high interest for apartments in Stratford Plaza. Few developments in London can match its location, as it puts work, leisure and London’s world class university education within easy reach of its residents.”

“The facilities and the positivity that remain in the area after the Olympics make Stratford unlike any other part of London.”
