Hollywood superstar Leonardo DiCaprio is reportedly selling his oceanfront home (pictured) in Malibu, California for US$23 million (around S$28.2 million).
The actor had earlier made the home available for rent at US$150,000 (S$183,827) per month for a stay of under six months, or US$75,000 (S$91,911) per month on a longer lease. But since the US summer is over, he has decided to sell the house.
Two homes and a guesthouse stand on the nearly half-acre site.
The newly remodelled property comprises seven bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms. This Cape Cod-themed estate also offers full beach access, gardens, a beachfront deck and fire pit.
