Singapore has seen a wide range of overseas property investment opportunities this year.
One of the more unusual – British hotel room investments – is aiming to tempt Singaporean property buyers and investors with a property exhibition this weekend.
Hever Hotel and Country Club (pictured), deep in the Sussex countryside, is a Grade Two building and is positioned beside historic Hever Castle around 35 kilometres south of London. The commercial property investment opportunity is offering investors 10 percent guaranteed net returns for 10 years and is also offering a buy-back option after four and five years.
Steve Teo, Marketing Director for Singapore agents Century 21, told PropertyGuru: “This hotel specialises in seminars and conferences and has been operating since 1993. This is a rare opportunity for Singaporeans to invest in an established British hotel operation.”
The Hever Hotel and Country Club investment opportunity is the subject of a property exhibition which will take place on 24 and 25 November between 11am and 6pm at the Shangri-La Hotel, White Gardenia Room.
