PropertyGuru presents first Thai showcase in Singapore

PropertyGuru will feature several premier residential developments from Thailand at its inaugural Thailand Property Show (TPS), taking place this weekend (3 – 4 November) at the Orchard Hotel Singapore.

The exhibition will feature 10 developments, including The Charm, a freehold condominium in Phuket and Hua Hin Pavilion, a leasehold villa in Hua Hin.

Other properties that will be on show are Sarthorn Heritage, H Sukhumvit 43 Condominium, The Bloom Sukhumvit 71, Millennium Residence @ Sukhumvit, 15 Sukhumvit Residence, TC Green, The Mark Condo and Tidy Deluxe Condominium @ Sukhumvit 34.

Steve Melhuish, co-founder and Group CEO of PropertyGuru will give an opening address.

Meanwhile, a panel of distinguished industry leaders and analysts have been picked to share their insights on how to get the best yields and capital gains from commercially-investable projects in Thailand’s gateway cities.

For instance, Kritsda Pengwantana, Vice President of V Property Development, will present “How to get the best condominium investments in the CBD district of Sukhumvit, Silom and Sathorn”, while Christian Glanville, Managing Partner of Limcharoen Hughes & Glanville will handle “Owning properties in Thailand: Legalities for foreign investors”.

Other speakers include Frank Khan, Director and Head of Residential at Knight Frank, who will share “Investment and process to buy real estate in Thailand”, while Iain Hardie, International Project Marketing and Sales at Magnolia Quality Development, will discuss “Why Bangkok must be part of your overseas property portfolio”.

Desmond Chua, Head of LoanGuru, will talk on “Property Cooling Measures – How this affects you”, and PropertyGuru’s International Group Editor Andrew Batt will speak about “Thailand’s Property Market: Who is buying, why they are buying, what they are buying and where”.

Visitors to the two-day showcase will also stand a chance to win an iPhone5 if they pre-register for the event.
