The Housing and Development Board (HDB) has awarded the tender for an executive condominium (EC) site at the junction of Sengkang West Way and Fernvale Link (Parcel B) to the highest bidder, Verspring Properties Pte. Ltd.
Beating five other bidders, Verspring Properties submitted an offer of S$135 million for the 14,100.8 sq m site.
Launched for tender on 26 September, the 99-year leasehold housing site could yield approximately 420 EC units and has a maximum GFA of 42,302.4 sq m, with a gross plot ratio of 3.0.
