CityLife@Tampines (pictured), a new executive condominium (EC) has received overwhelming response from buyers with over 1,600 e-applications for its units during the period of 29 November to 5 December.
Marketed as Singapore’s first luxury hotel-style EC, the project was three times subscribed, with dual-key and larger units seeing the most interest. The one and only Presidential Penthouse Suite also saw strong demand from multi-generational families.
“We thank all interested buyers for the overwhelming response, especially in the month of December, characterised by a large number of people holidaying overseas and engaging in festive celebrations. The strong response is a reflection of EC home buyers taking to the luxury hotel-style home concept,” said Albert Teo, CEO of Amara Holdings.
The project is being developed by Tampines EC, a consortium comprising Amara Holdings, Kay Lim Holdings and SingXpress Land.
Units range from two- to five-bedroom, dual-key, Skysuite and penthouse lay-outs. Luxury features include a Home Concierge Service, 100m infinity pool, complimentary StarHub fibre broadband service, complimentary Wi-Fi at common areas, resort-style landscaping, as well as signature fittings and appliances.
CityLife@Tampines will hold a preview of its show suites along Tampines Avenue 7 on 26 and 27 December for successful applicants, while bookings will start on 29 December.
