The multi-award winning Martin No.38 by SC Global Developments has won the prestigious Presidents Design Award 2012, its fourth major award since completion earlier this year.
Commenting on the award, Simon Cheong, Chairman and CEO of SC Global, said: “To receive The Presidents Design Award is a wonderful end to an incredible year for Martin No.38. To receive four prestigious accolades in one year is testament to our commitment to create original lifestyles for our clients and it is gratifying to see the hard work of our architects, design team and project partners recognized in this way.”
The warehouse loft-inspired development designed by Kerry Hill Architects previously received the “Building of the Year Award” and the top Design Award within the residential category (apartments and condominiums) at the Singapore Institute of Architects (SIA) Architectural Design Awards 2012 back in June.
Martin No.38 was also named “Best Housing Project (Completed Developments)” at the World Architecture Festival in October.
