The public tender for a 6,501.4 sq m residential site (pictured) at Alexandra View (Parcel B) has been awarded by the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) to Singland Homes, after it offered the highest bid of S$332.68 million.
The sale of the site had closed on 11 December with a total of six bids received.
The 99-year leasehold plot offers a maximum permissible gross floor area (GFA) of 31,857 sq m and is located within an established residential estate in the Central Region.
The site is also within close proximity to transport links and amenities in the central business district (CBD).
