Exceptional rental demand, a booming population and unprecedented government inner-city investment are now the major factors contributing to a promising property outlook in Perth, Australia.
In line with this, global commercial real estate services firm CBRE will conduct a free seminar in Singapore, called Investing in Perth Residential Property.
To be held at The Regent Singapore on 17 and 18 March 2012, the free seminar will explain how investors can invest in the city’s prospering property market, with the help of a panel of qualified property and tax specialists.
“The panel will outline Western Australia’s resources boom, its effect on Perth’s economy and growth potential, and how investors can diversify their property portfolios,” said Darien Bradshaw, Executive Director of International Project Marketing for Asia at CBRE Singapore.
The event will also showcase the outstanding inner-city project, Au Apartments (pictured), which is being developed by Western Australia’s leading apartment developer Finbar. To be completed in 2014, the project’s name is owned to its proximity to the historic Perth Mint.
Located near Swan River and the CBD, Au Apartments features luxury finishes and a plethora of lifestyle benefits. Prices of the units start from A$395,000 (S$ 523,944).
