Property developer Frasers Centrepoint has launched the preview of Palm Isles (pictured) at its showflat along Flora Drive. The project is going at an average selling price of S$830 psf after discount.
So far, 50 of the initial 100 units released have been sold as of 11pm last night.
Located in the Upper Changi area, the 99-year leasehold condo comprises 429 residential units with a mix of five to seven storey blocks in a resort-style ambience. Facilities include two tennis courts, a 50-metre lap pool and lush landscaping.
A unique feature that Frasers has included is 28 four and five-room ‘garden homes’ in a low-rise block, with each unit having its own private garden and carpark space.
Buyers at the preview were mostly Singaporeans, some of whom are living in rented units nearby.
“The two- and three-bedroom units are doing well. We’ve also sold two garden homes,” said Cheang Kok Kheong, Chief Executive of Frasers Centrepoint Homes.
Prices of one-bedroom units with a built-up area of 506 sq ft start from S$460,000 (S$909 psf), 786 sq ft two-room units cost S$660,000 (S$839 psf), while 990 sq ft three-bedders start from S$760,000 (S$767 psf). Meanwhile, a 3,014 sq ft garden home is priced from S$2.2 million, or approximately S$730 psf.
