Ballymore Group will launch its prestigious new Central London development, the Embassy Gardens, at the St. Regis Hotel Singapore this coming 27 to 29 April.

The residential project is located on the banks of the Thames and near London’s cultural Southbank and premium residential communities.

The project was planned by Sir Terry Farrell, one of the UK’s foremost Masterplanners, while the individual buildings were designed by Fielden Clegg Bradey, FLACQ and Allford Hall Monaghan Morris.

“This is undoubtedly the most exciting new chapter in the story of London and quite possibly the last time the capital will see the creation of such a completely new district, built where none existed before,” said Farrell.

The first phase of the development will include The Ambassador building, which is built from traditional brick and separated into six distinct areas. It will comprise luxury suites, one- and two- bedroom apartments and three-bedroom penthouses that will add up to 19 stories.

The project will also include an exclusive private residents’ club called the EG:LE (pronounced Eagle), a five-star resort-style hub exclusive to Embassy Gardens residents .The three-level club includes a hydrotherapy spa, fully equipped gymnasium and health club, yoga studio, business centre, library, an indoor or outdoor pool and gold-class cinema.

Ballymore has also included the Linear Park in the Nine Elms masterplan. The park, covered with lush gardens, will stretch from Embassy Gardens to Battersea Park.
