The Chedi Andermatt Residences (pictured), a five-star luxury
hotel in Andermatt, Switzerland will hold its Singapore preview
tomorrow, 27 June. The exclusive seminar and lifestyle show will be held
at the Four Seasons Singapore Hotel.
The Chedi Andermatt
features 50 luxury hotel rooms and 119 appointed residences complemented
by gourmet restaurants, lounges and bars as well as an exclusive spa
and health club.
Set to open in December, the hotel is the main
attraction of the Andermatt Swiss Alps, a resort development that blends
elements of Asian and Swiss hospitality. It is managed by
Singapore-based General Hotel Management.
“Switzerland has
traditionally held great appeal for overseas investors…The country is
known for a business friendly environment, economic stability and, of
course, its strikingly beautiful environs. The Chedi Andermatt offers an
unprecedented opportunity for international buyers to purchase an
extraordinary 5-star Swiss property with no restrictions. This makes an
already enticing development even more alluring for today’s Asian
investors,” said Olivier Croonenberghs, Partner at Swiss Finance &
Property AG.
