La Casa (pictured), a 444-unit executive condominium (EC) in Woodlands Drive 16, is reporting healthy interest from prospective buyers as some of its units near the five-year Minimum Occupation Period (MOP), The New Paper reported.
Transactions have been brisk since February when the first unit reached its MOP, as many owners seem keen to cash in on their units, judging by the advertisements on property websites and data from real estate agents.
Launched in 2005, La Casa was once considered to be the last EC in Singapore, with some of the larger units going for as much as S$1.03 million.
