PropertyGuru will collaborate with Indian developer ATS for an exclusive seminar for real estate agents at the Hilton Hotel Singapore on 12 June. The event will provide an opportunity for agents to partner with one of India’s top developers, ATS, who will feature some of their best developments including Triumph, Golf Meadows and Advantage.
Triumph is a 12-acre deluxe residential development featuring 443 homes across eight towers. Located at the Dwarka Expressway in Gurgaon, the development features seven acres of open and landscaped greenery, two clubhouses, and two swimming pools.
Golf Meadows is a curated 300-acre integrated township at the Gateway to Chandigarh. Designed by US-based ORU Bose, the township highlights textured facades that resemble Mediterranean homes. The mixed-use development comprises of lifestyle, recreational, hotel and retail components.
Meanwhile, ATS Advantage is a gated community in Indiapuram that offers exclusive lifestyle and proximity to the metro. Units range from two- to four-bedders as well as penthouses. It also feature amenities including a well-equipped clubhouse, courts for basketball, tennis and badminton, and 24-hour security.
