Far East Organization’s launch of its latest residential development was well received with 13 of the 30 units at The Siena being secured by buyers during last weekend’s debut.

Located in Bukit Timah, The Siena, is the fifth project under the developer’s SOHO brand. It, features high ceilings, a unique layout and distinctive space planning concepts. Prices for a 539 sq ft unit start from S$1.3 million.

Khoo Peng Beng, the award-winning principal architect for The Siena and co-founder of Arc Studio Architecture + Urbanism, shared his aspirations for future occupants of the development.

He said: “The Siena is designed such that the units have unique configurations. The façade composition is created for the young and urbane individual who loves to infuse their personality into their home.”

Far East’s SOHO projects are inspired by ‘South of Houston Street’ in New York and embody the eclectic soul and vibrancy of that area. Each apartment at The Siena articulates this SOHO inspiration by having its own unique character inside and out.

The SOHO brand was launched two years ago, and currently about 85 percent of the residential and commercial projects have been sold.

According to the developer, the SOHO brand is defined by its three key dimensions of locale, connectivity, and space. All Far East SOHO developments are built in strategic locations in Singapore, offer connectivity to key hubs and locations in the city state.
