Award-winner on show at TPS

10 Oct 2014

One of Bangkok’s best luxury condominiums will be exhibiting at the forthcoming Thailand Property Show, which takes place in Singapore early next month.

Magnolias Ratchadamri Boulevard won the accolades of Best Residential Architectural Design and Best Residential Interior Design, as well as being Highly Commended in the Best Luxury Condo (Bangkok) category at last month’s 2014 Thailand Property Awards – widely considered to be the ‘Oscars’ of the Kingdom’s property industry.

The prime central Bangkok development is within walking distance to both Siam Paragon, the Erawan Shine, and the massive Central World Shopping Mall. It’s also steps to the Ratchadamri BTS mass transit network station – bringing the rest of the Thai capital within easy reach.

Construction at the 80-year leasehold project started in 2013, with completion of the 54-storey development and its 316 private residences expected at the end of next year.

Prices for one- and two-bedroom units at what is considered to be one of the last prime development sites in the centre of Bangkok, start from THB220,000 per sqm.

Units range in size from 48sqm for a one-bedroom condominium up to 360 sqm for one of three Duplex Penthouses.

The PropertyGuru Group | Thailand Property Show takes place at Orchard Hotel, Singapore, on Saturday, November 1, and Sunday, November 2, between 10am and 7pm daily. A series of free informative and education seminars will be part of the event. To register, see times of the seminars and other exhibiting developers visit: www.propertyguru.com.sg/events-tpsnov
