Living 180 University Toronto, a 372 luxury residential suites above the Shangri-La Hotel Toronto, will have its first launch in Asia of the exclusive Estate and Penthouse homes, concurrently in Singapore and Hong Kong this weekend, under SQFT Global Properties and Savills.

Located on University Avenue in downtown Toronto, the 65-storey, 214-metre tower includes 73 luxurious homes from levels 49 to 65, with breathtaking views of Toronto’s skyline.

The development by Westbank Corp include a 24-hour concierge service, and exquisite amenities.

“We are excited to be bringing in another high quality product by Westbank, following the successful first launch of Vancouver House, also developed by Westbank, which saw more than 30 units snapped up sold over two days,” Winfrid Wong, Associate Director of Business Development, SQFT Global Properties.

President of Westbank Ian Gillespie said, “We are confident that the people of Toronto along with international buyers will embrace this outstanding example of urban architecture and enjoy a Shangri-La Toronto lifestyle that is second-to-none.”

The showcase will take place in Singapore at the Four Seasons Level 3 this weekend from 11am to 7pm.
