Walker Corporation has established its presence in Singapore with a new sales office in Orchard Road.

The Australian developer has more than 40 years of experience in all facets of property development in Australia, North America and Oceania.

In 2008, Walker Corp marked its foray into Asia with RM5.5 billion (S$2.17 billion) investment to develop a waterfront residential project, Senibong Cove (pictured) in Iskandar Malaysia.

The new Singapore office will facilitate the marketing of Walker Corp’s property portfolio in Malaysia and Australia to Singaporeans.

Quay Chew Keong, Project Director of Senibong Cove said, “Establishing a sales office in Singapore is very important for our next stage of marketing, as Singaporeans comprise a majority of the total foreign homebuyers at Senibong Cove. This office allows us a better foothold in the Singapore market.”

Spread over a 220-acre freehold site, Senibong Cove is the developer’s sole Asian project. It includes premium lifestyle facilities such as a luxury yacht club, and retail and dining outlets. Residents can also enjoy parks which are interconnected with boardwalks and pathways.
