Simultaneous launch for Emaar in Asia

Dubai real estate developer Emaar is set to launch its BLVD Heights Tower 1 simultaneously in Dubai, ‎Abu Dhabi, Shanghai, Hong Kong and Singapore at exhibitions this weekend.

The development will feature two-tower residential development, linked by a podium, and include  a total of 280 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. Online registrations started on Wednesday with sales to be held on Saturday, September 13.

Designed for families, the apartments are also in close proximity to The Opera District, Dubai’s new cultural destination defined by Dubai Opera, a state-of-the-art multi-format theatre.

BLVD Heights’ central location also provides residents with easy access to The Dubai Mall and several world-class hotels, as well as Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard. Additionally, they can enjoy a wide range of lifestyle amenities in the podium including a swimming pool and advanced gymnasium.

Emaar will launch BLVD Heights simultaneously in four cities – Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Shanghai, Hong Kong and Singapore. Sales will be held on a first-come first-served basis on Saturday, September 13, in the Middle East. In Asia, sales will be held at 2pm in Shanghai at Jing An Shangri-la; in Hong Kong at The Excelsior Hotel; and in Singapore at the Grand Hyatt.
