UPDATED: The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) and Housing & Development Board (HDB) will be releasing two sites with residential component for sale under the H2 2014 Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme.
The residential with first storey commercial site at Upper Serangoon Road (pictured) is launched for sale under the Confirmed List.
Measuring 10,097.2 m2, the land parcel is easily accessible via major roads, expressways and Kovan MRT Station.
The tender for this site will close on 27 November 2014.
The second land parcel is a residential site at Dundee Road which will be made available for sale on the Reserve List today.
Located near Queenstown MRT, the 10,516.1 m2 site is nestled in greenery and enjoys a rustic and serene ambience, according to HDB.
Together, these two sites can yield about 1,000 residential units.
