KPMG’s 15th Global Real Estate and Construction Conference will be held on 29 September.

The full-day conference will bring together senior executives from the real estate and construction industry in Singapore and beyond, including investors, developers and other key industry players, and senior partners from KPMG’s global member firms. Delegates from more than 25 countries will be present.

Participants will hear about emerging market trends and explore new business possibilities as this year’s conference will address a full spectrum of topics in real estate and construction.

The programme includes discussions on regional and global real estate trends, macro-economic trends and impact on the real estate sector, and developments in healthcare real estate.

For example, KPMG’s Global Chair of Real Estate and Construction Andrew Weir will discuss the emergence of real estate as a global asset class.

This is the first time the conference is held in Singapore, and Minister for the Environment and Water Resources Vivian Balakrishnan will deliver the keynote address.
