Far East awarded best regional and local developer

Far East Organization, Singapore’s largest private property developer, took home several awards at the South East Asia Property Awards 2015 on Wednesday, including Best Developer in South East Asia and Singapore.

The company last won the title in 2011. It also received a Special Recognition in Corporate Social Responsibility at this year’s event, held at the Shangri-La Hotel.

SBF Center, a joint venture development by Far East Organization and Far East Orchard Limited, picked up various awards: Best Green Development in South East Asia and Singapore, Highly Commended Commercial Development (South East Asia), Best Commercial Development (Singapore), Highly Commended Best Office Design (South East Asia) and Best Commercial Architecture Design (Singapore).

Located at Robinson Road in the central business district, the 31-storey Green Mark Platinum building comprises 196 office units and 48 medical suites. Facilities include sky gardens, F&B outlets, a 20m lap pool and gymnasium.

Into its fifth year, the Awards showcase the top developers and projects from Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam and Thailand.
