Millennium Tower Boston

In what could be a first for Singapore, a real estate agency has collaborated with a travel firm to offer property buyers and investors an insight into their investment up-close before they commit pen to paper.

Singapore real estate agency Premiere Realty has collaborated with Insight Vacations, to launch the first in a series of property tours for Asian guests looking to buy or purchase property in other parts of the world.

Boston in the United States will be the first tour destination, and potential buyers who book an insight tour will be able to sign-up for a privileged VIP tour of the sales center of Millennium Tower Boston – widely regarded as the city’s most exclusive address.

Due to open next year, Millennium Tower Boston is fast on its way to be the best-selling New England residential tower, and according to the agency will serve as the pinnacle of urban luxury living with 360-degree sky-high views never-before-seen from a private residence, expertly trained service staff and eye-catching architecture.

“After revolutionising five-star service for luxury residences with acclaimed hotel brands Ritz-Carlton and Four Seasons, Millennium Partners, developer of the award-winning Ritz-Carlton Hotel and Towers, Millennium Place, announced earlier this month that Millennium Tower Boston is 70 percent sold, achieving US$650 million in sales in four months, with U.S. buyers comprising approximately 75 percent of sales,’ the agency said in a statement.

The price of the land tour starts from US$2,636 per person, based on twin sharing. while there is a special air-inclusive price from Singapore with Cathay Pacific starting from SG$5,249 (based on twin-sharing and booking by June 30).
