Singapore overseas property buyers and investors will have the opportunity to invest in one of Bangkok’s most successful projects of recent months without having to leave the city-state this weekend.

DDproperty.comPropertyGuru’s market-leading Thailand property website – reported late last month how pre-sales of more than 80 percent were achieved during promotional events at Ananda Development’s latest project, Ashton Chula-Silom (computer-generated image).

That successful Bangkok debut is now being repeated in both Singapore and Hong Kong, and the developer has reserved four floors for property exhibitions in the Asian cities.

Prices start from THB 5,299,900 for a unit on the 23rd floor, although units will also be available as high as the 43rd floor in the 56-storey building.

Dave Loo, Managing Director of Singapore real estate firm SQFT Global Properties, said: “We are tremendously excited to have a chance to launch Ashton Chula-Silom in Singapore and Hong Kong.
“This project has received overwhelming success in Bangkok and we expect great results in these other countries.

“Ananda’s developments are constantly well received, and I believe Ashton Chula-Silom’s excellent location will propel this project to do even better.”

Ashton Chula-Silom is located less than 200 metres from the MRT mass transit network at Samyan station. It is also 550 metres from the BTS network at Saladaeng station on Silom, and is within walking distance to both Lumpini Park and Chamchuri Square.

The Singapore property exhibition for Ashton Chula-Silom will take place on Saturday, April 11, and Sunday, April 12, between 11am and 7pm and Four Seasons Hotel, Level 3 Temasek Room

At 2.30pm each day, Loo will present a seminar on ‘Thailand property trends and why invest near mass transit’.

A deferred payment scheme is available for the freehold property that is slated for completion in September 2018.
