Garden House

Prime central London developer Residential Land will be in Singapore this weekend to showcase its latest development, Garden House.

The property exhibition, held in conjunction with Knight Frank and JLL, will feature the new build development in Kensington Gardens Square that comprises 58 apartments across five floors.

Garden House (pictured) features one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments that, according to the developer, have been designed with exacting standards and boasts traditional fittings blended seamlessly with modern comforts.

Located in the City of Westminster, the Grade II listed development is on one of London’s most admired garden squares, directly overlooking Kensington Gardens Square. It’s also located close to London’s underground network through the nearby Queensway and Bayswater stations.

Linda Chern, Director of International Project Marketing for Knight Frank Singapore, said: ‘’Garden House is a beautiful Grade II listed building rich in character, offering residents a rare opportunity to have direct private access onto one of London’s few remaining traditional Garden Squares.

“The development is set to benefit from the nearby regeneration of Queensway and is well-placed for Crossrail when it arrives in 2018.”

The Singapore property exhibition for Garden House takes place on Saturday, April 11, and Sunday, April 12, at the Four Seasons Hotel.
