Manhattan Plaza, London E14

Manhattan Plaza in London’s E14 is the latest development by Telford Homes that will be showcased to Singaporean overseas property buyers and investors this week.

The 21-storey development, opposite Canary Wharf Towers and the new Crossrail station, will offer 120 private apartments and town houses, including one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and penthouses, along with six town houses. One of the primary selling points of this development will be the fantastic views from the majority of homes, including the River Thames, Canary Wharf and The City.

Designed by Barton Willmore architects, Manhattan Plaza takes its inspiration from the iconic buildings of New York’s trendy Meatpacking District as well as its London surroundings where the old London market tradition of Billingsgate meets the world financial markets of Canary Wharf

David Campbell, Group Sales and Marketing Director at Telford Homes, said: “Telford Homes relish the task of building first-class apartments to meet the demands of even the most discerning purchasers, with a superb specification matched by development facilities such as a concierge service, private residents’ gymnasium and roof-top gardens with superb views.

“Surrounded by an enviable assortment of high-end retailers, restaurants and bars all within a short walk, the development is perfectly positioned to mix business with pleasure. With average rental yields of around 4.5 percent and the arrival of Crossrail in 2018, we believe that the development offers a fantastic investment opportunity, as aside from strong returns, there is also the opportunity to benefit from significant potential capital growth.”

The introduction of Crossrail at Canary Wharf in 2018, Europe’s largest infrastructure project, linking east and west London, will make Canary Wharf an even more accessible part of London. Areas benefiting from a new Crossrail station are expected to achieve significant capital gain and residents can look forward to accelerated travel times from Canary Wharf, offering links to London Liverpool Street in six minutes, Stratford in eight minutes, Bond Street in 13 minutes and Heathrow in 39 minutes.

Prices start at £450,000 for a one-bedroom apartment with completions expected from Autumn 2017 until Spring 2018.

Real estate agency JLL Singapore will be marketing Manhattan Plaza from Tuesday, April 21, until Thursday, 23 April, at 9 Raffles Place, Republic Plaza, #39-00. For an appointment contact Doris Tan at +65 9632 7334.
