Penang in the exhibition spotlight

Penang will be in the property spotlight in Singapore this weekend with the launch of the final tower at Eastern & Oriental’s (E&O) 18 East at Andaman seafront development.

Christina Lau, Head of Sales & Marketing, E&O Property Penang, said: “In 2005, E&O had its maiden launch at Seri Tanjung Pinang. Within 10 years, Seri Tanjung Pinang has matured into a thriving community that has become a highly sought-after prime residential address.

“Today, E&O is extending its reputation for luxury and innovation by unveiling its most outstanding offering in Penang to date, the final condominium tower called 18 East at Andaman.”

Linda Chern, Director and Head of International Project Marketing for sole marketing agency Knight Frank, said: ““18 East at Andaman is a truly unique development that will be hard to replicate, merely from the standpoint of its immense luxury of space.”

The development boasts two unique features. Firstly it is surrounded by seven acres of lush landscape and, secondly, it boasts the first-of-it-kind 4.5 acre private water park (main picture).

The water park features a formal signature pool, spa pool with massage pavilions, adventure pool with water slides and islands, sandy beach pool and a fully equipped water play area.

Lau added: “Overseas visitors have remarked they cannot believe such luxury of open space and superb facilities are offered in a private condominium, as it resembles more of a five-star tropical hotel resort.”

E&O engaged award-winning concept architects and landscape architects for 18 East, who were responsible for such extraordinary destinations as Four Seasons Resort in Mauritius, Grand Hyatt in Hawaii, Atlantis Bahamas and Bora Bora Resort in Polynesia.

The final tower, 18 East at Andaman, has a total of 210 units with sizes ranging from 877 to 2,824 sq ft for its one- to three-bedroom units, as well as penthouses with units ranging from 4,202 to 4,351 sq ft. Price start from RM1,000 per sq ft.

The Singapore property exhibition for 18 East at Andaman takes place on Saturday, May 16, and Sunday, May 17, at The Crescent Ballroom A, Level 2, Four Seasons Hotel, between 11am and 7pm daily.
