Great Condo, except for a few party pooping r
The condo is great and very close to the reservoir. Perfect place for family with kids, just be careful of some weird residents I have found the same people complaining all the time about little things in condo. They also keep posting photos of kids playing on posting on the icondo app. The management and security also have this annoying habit of taking photos and issuing circulars. These minor inconveniences apart great place to live, very neat and clean. -

Beware of Chinese Residents
The condo is great and a fun place to raise a family with kids. But please beware of some of the weird Chinese residents in the condo. Some of the Chinese residents in the condo have a habit of recording videos and photos of young kids playing and posting them online. Also, the pet owners in the condo are also notorious for not cleaning up after their pets. -

bedok reservoir at your doorstep
Aquarius By The Park is just steps away from Bedok Reservoir, which makes it convenient to go for a morning stroll or an evening jog... which is great for families. within the condo, there's also swimming pool with a nice resort vibe with swaying palm trees if breezy lol. Bedok 85 market is also a short drive away. there also seems to be constant demand for this 2000 leasehold condo, so if you're thinking of using it to generate rental yield, will be a good choice too as many expats make up its residents. -

Great Value and Spacious Living by the reserv
We bought a unit after a month of living new and old developments. This condo offers the best value given its location, sensible layout and close proximity to MRT and good schools. We love the spacious common areas and huge pools lined with coconut trees that gives you a feeling you are staying at a resort. The unit floor areas are very functional and no wastage on big balconies or yard like newer developments, plenty of parking in the spacious basement as well. Its 5mins walk from MRT which is a big plus and 1km from good schools like Red Swastika and Yuneng Primary. You can enjoy nice walks/jog at the park. We like that staying here doesn't give me the Claustrophobic feeling of newer developments with its lush and spacious environment. -

Very old and now crumbling
this is very old condo.. not so well maintained.. also everything is very far, no fairprice, no watsons etc... noise problem is there .. very bad sound insulation in the units.. also units height is very very low. you ca literally touch all fans. -

Noise
Condo is very SUPER NOISY every evening. A lot of childrens without proper supervision by parents, screaming and shouting especially in the pool and playground. Childrens played the pool with their footwear and at times bedroom pyjamas on in the morning and security is no where to be seen. A lot of leaking issue units especially penthouse units. As u noticed the layout of the condo is in circular, noise got trap within units facing the pool thus creating trapped noise. The oldest condo in bedok reservoir area thus quite rundown and limited facilities. A pool of bto next door will caused the road to jam in due time. -

A Nice Place To Stay
We fell in love with this development during our first visit! 5mins walk to Mrt Station is so accessible to town. The common area space is so enormous with a super huge swimming pool, 3 tennis courts & a rare squash court!! There is a minimart at the clubhouse!! Anyway there are big supermarkets in just 5mins drive away. O yes! We love the drive along the reservoir that gives a sense of serenity. Truly a nice place to hang out in the evening with very friendly community. The towers are designed far apart that gives our apartment more privacy, and also very breezy. One thing we love best is the layout of the apartment, it's so spacious with lots of windows. Most important thing we considered this place as the most affordable, comparing to the other condos in our shopping list! -

Noise Issues
Not reccomended if u like quiet environment especially units facing the pool.and playground. MCST have done nothing after years of complain by residents. Take a look of the estate in the evening abt 6pm to have a real feel. -

Nice condo but with 2 main issues
On the plus side condo has huge pool , gardens and facilities. On the negative side, ceiling height is really quite Low , you can touch the ceiling fan easily. Most units have or had water piping leakage issues, water pipes also are noisy across floors hence loud noises water hammer sounds are also common. Sound insulation for walls is very minimal hence even footsteps are heard from upstairs. Windows are not sound insulated too hence lot of road traffic and construction noises all over the condo. Apart from this , there is some racial tensions in the condo with influx of a race generally younger generation with small kids , and older residents In condo. Indian grocery shop is another star attraction in this condo. -

Aquarius by the park review
Aquarius by the park is a good condo. The price is reasonable, the management is good and it has good facilities. Furthermore, it is quite spacious compared to other new developments and has a good community. In terms of amenities, it is located between tow gigantic town, Tampines and Bedok giving you the best of both worlds. It also has a inbuilt minimart, 2 saloon and 2 tuition centres. I feel instead of 2 tuition centres and 2 saloons, there should be something more diverse. The security and management there is also quite good. -
