Excellent condo for living by the Bedok reser
Great facilities, lovely location just by the park. You will not find any other property like this in Singapore that is so close to nature as well as various amenities like the MRT. -

Lovely Condo
Truly lovely condo with resort look and feel. After buying a unit at the place, no regrets at all: the Condo Management are very proactive and take care of the property very well. Maintenance is well-spent within budget, and landscaping is beautiful. With the nearby MRT opening recently, a large part of SG is within a 30-min train ride away... -

aquarius by the park.
We have moved in a year ago and very satisfied with the facilities, maintainance and living standard here. May be one of the best condo in the eat with various outdoor facilities like 6 retail shops, shuttle bus service to mall and mrt, huge swimming pool with pool cafe and there is a nearby food court too. I recommend this condo foe quiet and resort type living. -

Not well maintained
This property is not well maintained and looks way older than its age. There is serious piping issues and I have been fixing various different leaking problems since the day I moved in. And I'm not alone. My neigbours too are fixing leaking problems. The water sips into the bedroom parquet flooring and thus spoiling the parquet flooring. When there is heavy rain, rain will splatter to the lift lobby and the carpark will have a mini flood. Guess the property is old and thus a lot of bugs too (lots of cockroach and lizards at common area and in the house). Only good things are no bay window unlike new developments and has all the requisite facilities . -

Love at first sight
We visited this condo on our 1st week of property hunting. We have viewed several other condos, but this condo gives a special feeling that you are on holiday, maybe its the huge pool, the large recreational spaces, the tall coconut trees or the serene environment. After viewing several units with the help of a local condo agent, we find the condo unit's layout are well designed and all areas are put to good proper use with no wastage . We fell for a beautiful pool facing unit and sealed the purchase with the nice owners on the very first day we stepped foot in the condo. We are happy we will soon be able to call this beautiful condo Home! -

everyday is like a resort living
Though this condo don't have fantastic architectural feature, Living here is like living in a resort. especially on weekends when you see families hanging around the pool side. Parents relaxing, and sipping their coffee that bought from the cafe in the condo ( the coffee is v nice). The children playing in the kids pool (which is quite big). hunks and babes tanning by the pool sides (well, that doesn't happen all the time). Yet the place is not "crowded' it the sense that there is enough space for everyone to relax n enjoy the facilities. Though there are 10 blocks here, the distance between the blocks are quite far apart, unlike the new condos nowadays where they are so jam packed till you can practically hear the echoing of the tv programmes bouncing off from one block to another. It is near the reservoir, so during the year end monsoon season,the place is so so so cold you have to wear a sweater in your home (really, I am not kidding). They have the basement carpark which you see less nowadays as new condos usually have only multi-storey carparks. Yes, And the condo is surrounded by lush greenery on one side, and the beautiful reservoir on the other side. You have to be here in the early morning just before sunrise...amazing scenery when you take a stroll around the reservoir and catch a glimpse of the sunrise...you feel that all is worth it. I hope that they wont en-bloc this condo some day... :) -

Well-kept condo with beautiful swimming pool
This D16 condo is located next to the Bedok Reservoir and is within walking distance to nearby amenities such as coffee shops, supermarkets such as Sheng Siong and NTUC. You don't have to step out of the condo if you are too lazy to, as it also has its own grocery shop, hairdressing salon, eatery and laundry shop. The swimming pool is beautiful and unique in shape and this is where residents can have a relaxing swim on weekends and after work. There is also a water slide, a baby pool and jacuzzis to cater to the young ones and retirees. The condo is very well-maintained and its management committee has also been active in organising events for all residents on periodic basis or during festivities. On certain days/weekends, you might also be able to join the crowd for fun-filled times for the sporting events at the reservoir. This condo is definitely for people who enjoy quality family time and outdoor funs. -

Dream House
When I see it now, so very nice . I feel it give me pleasure and fresh.So I want to live in there so much . If I live at there with my family ,there must be heaven,.Thanks -
