Best Condo in St Michael's Road
I have just got the keys 2 weeks ago. Not all units are noisy. For lower floor unit, you will not realize that you are just beside the expressway. There is shuttle bus service provided for those who complained that MRT is too far. With the new Woodsville Interchange, the traffic has improved so much. Overall I think the condo is still the best among the rest. -

Great high floors
I can only say this after viewing from level 20 and above. The views are breathtaking & fantastic, especially night views, of both urban living (north facing) and city centre (south facing). Layout of smallest units (667sqf) is really good, with modern living layout, that does not restrict ID innovations. Finishing is subjective but quality materials are used. With visible contruction going on in the vicinity and Bendemeer areas, there seems to be future plans by the government to create another business district/hub there which would improve the surrounding amenities, and convenience of Beacon Heights to the business district. -

Beacon Heights
Bright and windy- some with really bad facing, afternoon sun, irregular shapes and some really nice, good district, near to Woodsville, Kallang. Looks like government has great plans for these districts. Remote and not so accessible though it definitely stands out amongst the small developments in the area. Best only if you drive -

Beacon Heights
Good for collect rent BUT definitely not my choice for own stay .... Look at it, sooooooo many units for rental !!! -

Perfect for peeping toms!
That's right - all of us - the neighbors - get to see the residents bathing. Some idiot architect decided not to use frosted glass on the external facing full length bathroom windows! -

lousy condo
agree with some of the earlier reviews, owners will obviously talk about the good to increase prices, but this place is a hole! -

Beacon
Its not convenient.Walking to Mrt is not possible. Road traffic is bad. Got to bear with the noises from 2 major expressway. NO idea whose going to rent at this location if i were to buy for investment. See to believe. -

Beacon Heights is the best condo in St Michael for a few reasons: With the new underpass constructed now " Ledgewood underpass " the traffice will be very much improved. There are 2 MRT station nearby, Potong Pasir MRT and Boon Keng MRT not to mention after completion of the project, this is the first condo in this region that have mini bus services to Boon Keng MRT station. Boon keng MRT station can travel down town Vivo city in less than 15 mins. Nearby to Little Indian district which will attract Asian Expats The kallang river upgrading project which attracts outdoor activities and water sports that later might link to the kallang sport hub. The interiors of the condo provide with the modern style appliances & fixture. The pools are sizable , a lap pool and island style gym and good 4 star garden landscape. There is a under pass where one could cycle across to meet foodcourt and amenities like the NTUC and wet market in whampoa estate. Across the road there is St Andrew secondary school and cedar girl school is also nearby by cutting through upper aljunied road -

I will never recommend my friend.
Poor location. Super noisy from 2 expressways. Driving out is very inconvenient and driving back is worse. Congested traffic outside the main road. No amenities at all. Lousy transport links. No school and childcare nearby. Located to far inside walking is a long journey. A huge burmese temple nearby facing the condo directly. You got to see for yourself to understand the flaws of this condo. Lastly 999 years is not the real figure, 800 years is the actual figure. -

Best condo in St Michael
Beacon Heights is the best condo in St Michael for a few reasons: (1) Largest condo in st michael in terms of land size (2) Tallest condo in st michael standing at 28 floors (3) full condo facilities unlike other pte developments in st michael (4) interior finishes far superior to other developments there (5) nicest external landscaping with not many cars buzzing up and down at the entrance (6) don't need to walk along busy serangoon rd to get to boon keng mrt, just cut thru st georges estate and have a peaceful walk to mrt (7) Only development with a feeder service to mrt despite close proximity by walking distance to mrt (800m) -
