A pretty jail house for a condo
Given it’s age, the maintenance of the trees and surroundings looks well kept but the floor of the pool feels grimy and gross. If you are not the first owner, prepare to renovate and remove all the marble in the toilets. The management here- don’t even get me started- it makes me feel like I’m living in a jailhouse where I can leave my house. The Savills management is one of those extremely overbearing managing agent who will threaten you with letters and CCTV “evidence”. Seriously a bad taste in the mouth dealing with such managing agents who will treat you as if you owe them. They are also nasty to helpers. Either that, you’ve got very overbearing neighbours who would complain about EVERYTHING. -

The construction next door is right infront of Belmond Green. Unbearable noise level as a resident. -

Unbearable noise from construction
Unable to open the window due to the construction site noise and the dust it creates. Worst part is they aren't even half finished. We are moving out for that reason alone. -

Belmond Green is at its peak, an unofficial creme of the Balmoral residential enclave. Great locale plus nicely decorated landscapes with lush greeneries sitting on a fairly good size land. -

Splendid Condo and great facilities
The best condo around this area. Couldn't ask for more. Top class facilities, well maintained landscape, lovely neighbors, 3 pools, 2 BBQ pits and tennis court and a lovely kids area. -

Wonderful condo surrounded by lush landscape
The best condo in the neighbourhood.Full condo facilities (BBQ Pits with ace furniture, lovely Tennis Court, great kids play areas, reading rooms with TV, 3 pools and gym). 2 MRTs and Orchard 5 mins. -

Good location but old
Been living here, excellent location but building is getting old and maintainence is lacking. Basement carpark leaks water from swimming pool basically lots of water leaks. When it rains certain blocks, even at lift lobby you will be drenched. Very cluttered layout around swimming pool area, you have lots of palm trees sporadically planted and blocking your walk passage which is already very narrow just enough for 1 to walk -

Belmond Green - Why it's popular
I visited Belmond Green recently and was pleasantly surprised with the development. The landscape was in good condition and looked like it was upgraded recently. The pools looked inviting and was not crowded although it was a Sunday. The gymnasium and reading room appeared inviting. The barbaque pits looked dates but I understand that they will be upgraded soon. There is also a side gate to Ewe Boon Road and that is a plus for people who need to walk to SCGS or bus stops near there. The unit I visited was a 4 bedder and it looked good sized. Overall I understand the pricing there is significantly cheaper than the brand new ones but just a shade more expensive than the old smaller developments in Balmoral area. The smaller units will face challenges from the newer ones which are more compact and lower in quantum. But the larger units in Balmoral are gems to be mined. I strongly recommend. -
