  BEST CONDO IN SINGAPORE!

  Never seen such a condo before. The landscaping is great and swimming pool and water everywhere. It is so breezy all year round. Location is number one and that is why it remains the best in Balmoral Road.

  FAB PLACE

  The pool and facilities are unrivalled. Once you're here, you can never go back to condos which have bathtubs for pools. Love the fact that its also a small development, surprisingly low use of facilities by residents - fantastic! There are developments coming up - but hey, its Singapore - buidings at every turn.

  Belmond Green

  Very nice Condo to live in with good quality fittings. Bedrooms in the units are slightly small. Great pool area. One watch-out end 2008: There's construction next to the building and the Garden Hotel which s opposite BG will be demolished in 2009, hence more construction noise to come.
