Quiet, away from busy streets and hdb
Found this condo, It located at the end of the road, this means less cars drive by except owners and visitors of the condo. It is also hidden in landed and condos. Comparing to all the new launches nearby that are either facing roads or at the major junctions, this condi is definitely recommended for those that love quiet, resort feeling and away from the busy streets and HDB blocks. There is a back gate that leads to Bartley MRT and only about 700m. It is also near well known schools (Maris Stella and PLMGS) and NEX(serangoon). New development of Bidadari will also benefit this condo. Worth considering -

Below Expectation
Below average maintenance. Estate looks old overall. Small pool & Small Gym. No other facilities. Only one security guard on duty. Not many units, fewer than 100. Kampong Feel. Surrounded by some terrace houses. 7-10mins walk to Bartley MRT by rear gate but on a steep slope. 15-20mins walk to NEX mall. May not be value for money at current asking price above $950psf for this condo. -

Boutique size condo
Fell in love with this condominium. Moved in a year ago. The front gate leads to Lorong Lew Lian towards Nex mall and the backgate is only a 5 mins walk to Bartley MRT. It's a small boutique low rise development with very friendly neighbours. I consider this as a very good buy seeing the recent developments coming up along Bartley asking for a lot more. -

Nice Surrounding...
Recently just moved into a unit in Casa Rosa. The place is generally quiet with nice neighbors. The condo maintenance is average and the facilities isn't much. The amenities within the area is quite good. Driving to town is 15 mins and MRT is just 5-7mins walk. Maris Stella is just across the road and PLMGS is a short distance away. The configuration of the units in Casa Rosa is quite non-standard but the spaces are better utilized than the new released condos. In terms of price, I find it value for money comparing to what I will be paying for a brand new condo which would be more expensive and smaller. I like this place.. I woke up each morning by the sound of birds rather than cars and motorcycles. -

Value for moeny
Condo maintenance is average but it is an excellent value for money considering its proximity to Bartley MRT and NEX mall. We just love the quiet surroundings and the roof terrace view. The house layout is excellent and makes good use of the space available. In a nutshell, it is value for money. -

Upcoming and near MRT!
The condo looks new with painting done recently and most of the units I viewed are well maintained! Furthermore, it is about 700m from Bartley MRT via the back gate! The condo is also near upcoming development of Paya Lebar/Kallang! The surrounding is quiet and suitable for local and expat families too. -
