Good location
This condo has an excellent location as it only 5 mins walk to Bartley MRT. I believe the property management has done something to the project as it does not sound like previous reviews made. The security did stop me to check, the pool was clean and so forth. Exclusive environment as it is surrounded by private estate. -

Poor property management!
I totally agreed with potential buyer. I am looking to buy a unit there because my hubby & myself like the location, surrounding and nearby school for our boy. Before i went for viewing, i would say most likely the chances of buying a unit there is about 80%. After the viewing, im really so disappointed! Overall is good but the property management should be improve! Property management should do their job well by maintaining the property well so that the value of the property will maintain or can fetch a even higher price. (1) I'm shock that the common area like the roof garden meant for the residents to chill and relax are mostly occupied by the standing poles with hanging clothes brought by the residents there. Such things should be hanging in your own units but not at the common area like in roof garden which is meant for all! (2) Dried fallen leaves are everywhere, i wonder is the cleaner doing his job? (3) Went there 2 times and guards never bother to check on vistors! Low crime does not means no crime? What is the residents paying all the maintenance funds for? (4) Is there any maintenance for the swimming pool? There is lots visible green algae. Im not expecting too much, this should be the necessary things in condo. I should praise my current property 'Platinum Edge' management doing a good job, Well done! I sincerely hope the residents here or the property management should improve to make the living better! -

Poor condition
Over the phone, the agent told us the estate have been repainted and the unit is renovated. We went for viewing in the afternoon 1. One security man who seemed to be occupied doing other things and didnt notice our car coming in. Did not ask for unit no just say park at carpark. 2. Dark gloomy carpark with many things stashed at corners 3. Narrow walking space at swimming pool area 4. Common area two single swings many small pillars 5. Repainted walls but visible peelings 6. Penthouse Bedroom connected to common area and can be accessed. -

Satisfied Decision
Just moved into Casa Rosa this month. Great location and my kids just love the swimming pool and the quiet environment ! Understood from mgt agent building will undergo repainting in June 10 with a reputable paint coy. Can't wait to see the new look and also the completion of S$1.3 B mega Nex shopping mall. Very satisfied with my decision ! -

Good Location but poor Maintenance
I am looking to buy a unit at Casa Rosa because I like its location and quiet surroundings. However, after visiting the place, I am disppointed as the common areas are poorly maintained. The greenery are not properly trim and prune. Dried fallen leaves are everywhere. The pool is not clean with visible green algae growing at the side. Residents are allowed to dry their clothes at common areas which is unsightly. Finally, the security is poor as I am able to drive in freely everytime I go for viewing. The bottomline is the property management has to be improved. It is otherwise a good property for families with children who loves peace and quiet. -
