Old but ok
A convenient place to stay near the MRT near the city and have a shopping mall just opposite. That's about all the good things about this condo. The bad thing is the old situation of the building. The apartment bathrooms lack windows. The overhead water pipes (hidden behind false ceiling) are rusted and worn out leading to frequent water leakage in kitchen and bathroom. The building is rotting away with cracked footpaths and moss growth in corners of the basement car park making it smell funny. The gym has only a few and yet faulty machines and the swimming pool is always heavily chlorinated. -

Extremely Convenience
The facilities, layout and units are good, but not great. What does make this condo worthwhile it the transport and daily needs shopping convenience! With Toing Bharu MRT across the street and just three stops (4 minutes) from Raffles Place the convenience of going to work is amazing! This is specially important with the weather alternating between blazing heat and pouring rain! Next, the newly revamped Tiong Bharu Plaza across the street offers more than enough to satiate daily shopping needs. It has: - A large NTUC Fair Price - Two 7/11s - A Golden Village 6 screen multiplex, that almost always has tickets available - An excellent fruits market - A POSB branch (DBS customers can also use this), a Citi bank Branch and ATMs from almost every bank - A McD, Burger King, KFC, Subway, Thai Express, Sake Sushi and almost 2 dozen other resturants - A Challenger and a DYI store - And tons more! Finally, for those who drive, the AYE is just a few turns away! -
