Good View of Bishan Park
My friend’s unit looks out to Bishan Park and the view is scenic. However I personally find too much wasted corridor space at the entrance area and also the rooms can see directly into the rooms of opp units -

Clover By The Park Review
Spacious condo with large grounds and huge balconies. The total unblocked views of Bishan Park for some of the units is a big plus point. -

Great for Families
This condo has a growing expat community because of its excellent location right beside the Bishan Park and close to the Bishan / Marymount MRT. There are French, Germans, Dutch, Koreans, Australians, all typically small families with young children. There are several schools and ammenities nearby catering to both local and expat preferences. For shopping, you'll be spoilt by the choices whether you are looking for a wet market, convenience stores, a 24-hour NTUC corner store, Fairprice Finest, Fairprice Hypermart, or just a walkabout the Junction 8 or Thomson Plaza malls. -

Clover review
Location - although not really walking distant to the Bishan MRT, Bishan is still a good location with proven good resale value. Can easily take a bus to the MRT station. Shuttle bus is also available. Good schools within 1 km around this area. Amenities aplenty with coffee shop, 24hrs NTUC, wet mkt, MacDonald. Next to the Bishan Park is another plus, with River Promenade, lakes, gardens will make this a very ideal place for nature lovers and sports enthusiasts alike. Surrounded by HDB blocks maybe a issue for some, but a high level above 20-21 floors should offer a decent view. Facilities - Full condo facilities include function room, tennis court, half-sized basketball court, gym, playgrounds, 50m lap pool. etc. Convenient basement parking. Huge plot area of 235,899 sqft and the two blocks are placed far apart for good breathing space and North-South facing. Value - Expected launched price of 1000-1100psf for the Upper Thomson by Cheung Kong and the record high $869 psf ppr recent bid of the land next to Bishan MRT, we can expect the likely launch price to be 1200-1300psf or possibly higher! Although the location is difference between these projects, the current psf of Clover certainly looks attractive! Traffic - the new NSE should ease the congested CTE, albeit it will be completed by 2020. Possible upside when the stations will be announced very soon for the new Thomson MRT.. -

Love the location
My wife and myself have been searching for a place for the longest time and finally settled with this condo. There are many reasons why we like this condo. 1) Accessible - located in the centre of Singapore, good schools for my children, lots of amenities nearby and the new bishan park is definitely a big draw 2) reasonable pricing- central areas are all calling for much much higher pricing,. Compared with other places like Centro, etc. we find Clover more suited for us. 3) love the design of the estate and the fact it is on a big plot of land. -

G.R.E.A.T.! + Generous amenities just across the street 22 + Raffles Institution and many popular schools + Excellent design for all singles or families + Abundant greenery by the park + Train service interchange in 2 bus stops -

Rooms for Price Appreciation
Clover By The Park still has alot of potential for price appreciation especially after when Cheung Kong Holdings launches their project in Upper Thomson, maybe next year. - They bought the Upper Thomson Rd condo plot in Nov 2009. The highest bidder of all. - The estimated launch price would be probably in the range of $1100-$1200psf onwards, since their breakeven cost is about $850-$900psf. Comparing the two projects, Clover by The Park would be a better choice as : - It is located right in the middle of Bishan. - It is going to TOP in mid 2011, which means immediate occupation for buyers buying for own stay or immediate rental income for investors buying for rental returns. - It has good schools like RI, Catholic High, Ai Tong, and possibility of RGS moving opposite RI in the near future. - It has lots of amenities like eateries (3 coffeeshops), salons, clinics, supermarket and even a wet market opposite Clover By The Park, - Best of all, it faces the lush greenery of Bishan Park, with a nice river, curving like a dragon. A beautiful project with good size units, nice landscaping with greenery, yet very conveniently located with alot of amenities, is a rare find nowadays. -
