Think there's upside potential for this development due to the following reasons:
- Bishan is a much sought after location. It's is located right in the middle of Singapore. That means easy accessibility to all part of singapore.
- Centro and Trevista are selling at a much higher psf.
- lots of renowned schools like RI, Catholic High, Ai Tong, within the vicinity
- directly opposite the development has lots of amenities like eateries, salons, clinics and even a market
- Government has spent lots of money to beautify Bishan Park. Clover is sited just next to it. Development is good for those who like nature/spa (park facing) and also those who prefer urban lifestyle (city facing). Such criteria is quite rare to come by these days.
The only disadvantages I can think of is that it is surrounded by HDB flats (though mostly EMs)- I guess one can't have it all..

Clover by the Park
A very good project, it has great potential at current (750psf) prices.
Clover by the Park is near good schools like Catholic High, Raffles Institution, Ai Tong and St. Nicholas.
Being near to HDB makes it very convenient, a walking distance from amenities like Prime supermart, 24-hr kopitiam etc. It is about 12 minutes walk to Junction 8 shopping centre and the Bishan MRT, which will be linked in near future by the Circle line to Serangoon station , in which a mega shopping mall is being built.
The condominium is next to Bishan Park, the government, as part of the ABC project, will convert the current "long kang" into a river with its makeover.
A beautiful project with spacious balconies and nice fittings. An excellent buy for families and those looking to invest long-term in a centrally located project near good schools and amenities, and yet next to nature (Bishan park).
