  Fantastic Location

  Travel by car to the CBD is only 5mins. Very accessible to the city area with lots of food in the vicinity.

  superb investment

  Set close to the brand new Marina Bay district, this location opens up a wide choice of business and pleasure activities. Dakota Residence is definitely a great investment choice, can fetch attractive rental and potential upside for property valuation.

  may be noisy

  there's a school directly in front it. may be very noisy at most time of the day..also saw 1 of the MRT exits, it is 'embushed' in the HDB flats. basically the whole area is very 'HDB'. Old airport rd market (where you find the famous 'lor mee' ) is supposed to be not far away but it can be a 'sweaty' walk (with no shade in that area). Not a very attractive condo if you compare it with those condos at paya lebar/farrer park/lavender areas.

  Perfect Home

  A home with spacious rooms, living hall and balcony. Situated by the Geylang River and surronded by low rise residences, a breezy home to enjoy quiet and peaceful environment. There is easy access to Suntec and Shenton way by Nicolle Highway or by MRT Circle Line (Dakota Station). Geylang park connector provides easy access to the Stadium. More importantly, no worry for food as the famous Old Airport food centre is just 5 mins away.
