Review of Block 96 Condo
We lived at Block 96 for two years and had some challenges during our stay. The location posed difficulties for us as non-car owners; reaching public transport required a 6 to 8-minute walk to either the front or rear gate, with no sheltered path for rainy days. Unfortunately, the steam room was out of order throughout our tenancy and potentially long before, and we were informed by the management (MCST) that repair costs were prohibitive. We also experienced an issue with lights from a neighboring penthouse shining into our living room, and the MCST advised us to direct our feedback to the Building and Construction Authority (BCA), as they felt it was beyond their control. -

One of the better built FreeHold condo within
Every household has 2 parking lots, there are plentiful of parking lots for visitors to park. In term of nearby amenities, it is one of the closest development to Parc Komo. Expecting the price to appreciate further, as there will be another new condo development with “K” initial beside Jovell@Flora Drive -

Beautiful landscaping with nearby amenities
Edelweiss Park is just 4-5 minutes walk from it’s main gate or side gate to the upcoming Komo Shopees with pre-leased tenants including: NTUC FairPrice Finest, White Lodge International Preschool & Childcare, Pinnacle Family Clinic and Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf and more! Today there is another 24hrs supermarket just 2-3 minutes walk from the condo main gate or side gate. The close proximity to the aforementioned amenities beats many other condos in the Flora vicinity, especially those situated at Flora drive! -

Nice development but with a catch
Residents are problematic, highest number of police calls for condos in Singapore, Arson case, Theft case, Vandalism case , poo all over even pool -

Poorly managed, falling apart condo.
Due to its age, pipes are leaking, facilities are giving way and left alone. Poorly managed, there are ample carparks but MA insist on only 2 vehicle lots per household regardless on how big a unit -

Nice place, bad neighbours, bad councils
Generally the estate is in good condition and beautiful landscape. However, you will have annoying neighbors and council members who does everything at their will without consulting the general body. -

Fantastic home
We fell in love with the large space, facilities, good maintenance and friendly neighborhood. Been here since the start, great for kids too with lots of children of different ages here Transport options have improved (if you don't drive) with 2,4,5 serving the estate main / side gates. Upper Changi MRT also offers better connectivity to city centre beside the Green line There are a few provision shops, restaurants and a 24 hr NTUC Fairprice at the petrol station nearby. -

Nice Development
Bought a unit here, nice development, Quiet. However do take note, there are limited parking lots. Does not matter whether you have a 500 sqft unit or a 5000sqft one because you still get 1 parking lot -

lovely surprise
Initially this condo was not in our shortlist when we're hunting for a freehold apt. But after viewing numerous units in other freehold developments along Upper Changi Road East and not liking it, we decided to give this condo a shot. The development is very well-maintained, the layout of the apartment is also spacious and easy to decor. Nice and quiet environment. The transport was a concern initially but soon we realised it is not a big issue. The condo has an internal shuttle to Tampines MRT station for just $1.30. If you're staying in Blk 88 to 94, short walk to the bus-stops via back gates for bus number 2 and 5. If you're driving, the traffic also isn't as bad as I thought it will be. Just across the condo main gate, we have Esso and small NTUC with DBS ATM. The zi char stall at one of the shophouses after Esso, Ding Heng Kitchen, offers good food and they do delivery as well for a token. Overall, it turns out much better than we expected and we're glad we bought an apt here. -
