Resort Feel Condo
This is an excellent place for families. Large floor space, beautiful landscaping which is better that most condos in the area, large koi pond and its freehold to boot. Good space between blocks hence you don't see your neighbour's unit in the next block, unlike many condos. Bought direct from developer and been staying in our unit since. Now with bus no 4 at main entrance, good access to Tampines MRT. Can also take bus 5 to Pasir Ris MRT as well as 2 along Upper Changi Road North. Easy access within minutes to TPE, CTE & PIE. -

Resort Feeling
The feel of being in edelweiss is like being in a resort. The landscape is very much suits families with young children. -

Edelweiss park condo
This is an excellant project with a large compound and also a green and quiet condo. Is quite a unique project in the east. Well staying there for a couple of years, there are bound to have certain things to lookout. Especially units near the open land under development, the drive way road surface is not smooth. Cars traveling on the surface create certain noises cause by the driveway. The dust is also a cause to lookout on the new site located. The site should not be any issue after is completed. Well, a new development will push up the price in near future.. Well, other that, this is a prefect condo and recommend my friends to own one. -

Edelweiss park -not value for money Now
I was looking for a cheap condo for investment. Saw edelweiss and thought it was value for money as i checked URA transacted price is around $730-$780psf. (of course this is cheap because it is near Chinese prison and a temple). Today, I checked property guru and realized that all agents are marketing around $830 -$950psf! It is kidding me...... I will give up this condo in my list. -

Great Place to Stay or Invest
Its a great place to live in. lots of greenery and large koi pond. Great for families as there are plenty of bbq pits, several playgounds, children pools and even a water playground. I've seen the rest of condos in this area and I would consider this the best value in terms of size, facilities, quietness & management. Amenities are closeby, etc wet markets, supermarkets, shopping malls, mrt. Transport is not an issue here. Alot of people dont know that basically every condo in this stretch other than Azeala park (i think) has their own shuttle bus service. for just $1, the bus takes u direct to Tampiness MRT which is just a 5mins ride. There is also a main shuttle bus for the the condos here that goes to CBD area for just $3. with a PSF of $750-850 FH, dont think i need to say more if u do ur research on the property market.... furthermore the new university coming up.... rental rate here is also good and full of expats. The only downside people "complain" is that it's too near Changi Prison. It's just near, not in front of CP. there's always something to complain... near schools too noisy, near mrt tracks too noisy, near places of worship too smokey, near cemetaries too scary... sigh. u cant have the best of everything right? It's not like the inmates of CP come out for walks/jogs/nights off every now and then so what's the issue? -

A place to rest and relax
Nice project with the kind of peaceful feeling, a great place to rest and relax. A very well maintained project, one of the best in the region. -

One of the best in District 17
Edelweiss is one of the best condos around the area, maybe with the exception of The Gale which will TOP later. The biggest in the area and the place is very well kept. Management did a good job and the feel is very homely. Shuttle bus to Tampines every 30mins and distance to Toa Payoh central is 16.1km via PIE. 20mins to Toa Payoh, 25 mins to Orchard by car. Buses 2 takes u to Tenah Merah MRT and 5 to Simei MRT. 5mins bus ride to Loyang Point for shopping and eating. Shop and Save, Seng Siong and Mac Donalds. Walking there takes 10mins. Its Freehold and the price of $750-$825 is reasonable. Property may go up or down but at the present, it presents good value. Its not the best condo in Singapore but given the price for a FH condo, its a good buy below $825psf and its a good investment, Hint: 4th University is only 7mins bus ride and 3mins by car. Its also 2km to Expo. Good investment value. -

Overprice for a location next to nowhere
The condo may be big and full of facilities. The huge area coupled with high maintenance fees and aging facilities is going to be a problem. 500 odd units are not enough to maintain such a big area. The last time i went many places need to be spruce up. If you work in Changi Prison Complex that houses thousands of inmates is a very short stone throw away. There is little or no transport link either you walk, cycle or drive. The place is ulu and people who truly love living here will surely buy, those sightseeing buyers will probably give it a big miss. -

Transport is big problem
Very far away and basically no further development in this area. Big concern is very near the Changi Prison. Thus I think the condo here should sell cheaper than other developments along upp changi area. -

Not bad
Nice area and really fantastic layout with lots of space. Only consideration is the Changi Prison just right besides the side, and a temple right at the main entrance. Accessibility is a issue., unless you have car. -
