Underated gem
Excellent condo facilities well connected with multiple buses right at the door step. Hillview MRT just 600m sheltered walk away. Management was professional and sorted out any reported defects quickly. Many expat families moving in now from Germany Spain and US. Not sure if this is always a good thing. However profile seems to be the friendly family type expats rather than the typical single or rowdy renters you get at Orchard area -

No reason to be so expensive
Nice landscape architecture, good swimming pools. But very inconvenient condo for car park, car wash, tennis court. Parking space is too narrow. Car wash is not provided for the residences. Residences should carry water tap and hose spray for car wash. And tennis court is big, that is good, but ground paint is tken off, no repairs, and no switch on site for lighting at night tennis, everytime need to ask to guard to turn on the light. -

Hidden gem
Very good proximity to downtown line MRT and busstop. Very serene and resort like. Interiors depend on whether revamped by owners (newer renovated ones are beautiful, the older ones are as expected, dated. Management very responsive and good - sorting out highlighted issues within 1-2 weeks ( I tested this out myself twice). Surprisingly quite a few expat tenants here - the better quality types with families (all large unit condos, no small single or 2 bedders) from Spain/Norway/UK/ Korea (didn't know so many Koreans live here). I only do not like the car park which can be difficult for large SUVs to maneuver around - but still better than CBD area car parks. -

Resort Style Condo
Experience resort life in upper bukit timah close to rail mall and nature parks. Units are well designed and provides a quiet and amazing place for families and children -

999 year leasehold condo thats 5 minutes to the MRT station. Full facilities. Will get better when the vicinity is more developed in the years to come. -

Resort Life
What i Like: Peace and Quiet. Nature at your door step. Bird song in the morning. Great facilities and well Manicured lanscaping. Large units with great layout. What i dislike: Nothing -

No regret
Searched up and down around hillview & beauty world areas and finally settled down here for about 1 year. this development is one of the best if not the best for own stay (not investors) with young kids and nature lovers. the quality of the building and interior is much better than the new and surrounding sites. you have to view it to believe... -

Confusing layout
Resort like landscape, beautiful pools and greenery. Interior layout of apartments confusing. It was a headache trying to make my way from my end of the house to the other. Some master bedrooms are tilted off centre so the bed ends up being positioned in a slanted manner. Imagine trying to sleep at an angle every night. Not for those who prefer squarish efficient layouts. Upside it is a great place for kids to play hide and seek in the house since there are so many corners and blind ends. Noticed that island table takes up significant space in the dining area and most families end up piling groceries and condiments on it. -

Excellent development for own stay
Nice landscaping with greenery all around. Private lift in ALL units. Pool view for ALL units & all units come with a smallish balcony/planter area. 5mins to MRT for a 999 leasehold - value add New Gombak CC next to it New shopping centre 3 mins walk to this development. 3 swimming pools A few big ponds with kois and tortoises close to main entrance- fun for kids. Price at the moment is the friendliest amongst some of the crazily priced developments. Potential to appreciate over the years ahead due to proximity to amenities. Frankly, once u see Hillington Green, all the rest of the developments in Hume Avenue and Hillview area are mediocre. -

Ideal home
After months of house hunting, I am happy to say I just secured a unit at Hillington Green. I can't complained about the estate. Hugh spaces (3 swim pools and landscapes) and greenery. My agent told me the previous owner claimed that they see brown squirrels every morning! My sister came to check out the estate with me and as she strolls the estate at night, she said she felt as if she was at a resort! I read the usual grouses of lack of transport and nearby amenities but I believe that has or will improve with the new HillV2 mall and upcoming MRT Downtown Line. Though I am not renting my unit, I trust the rents will start to rise once the MRT is running this year. Prices are obviously taking this into account. -
