Enjoy my stay in this condo. Location is great with near access to expressway saves alot time driving. Theres shuttle bus to clementi mrt and west coast plaza. Good amenities, 100m lap pool! -

Largely under valued
As an owner and lived at Hundred Trees over 2 years, I have to say this is a rare well designed freehold(999 lease hold) good quality project that was under valued at current market trend. Even those nearby 99 lease hold new launches sell above $1400psft, some owners here still sold below $1300psf. It’s hard to find a condo with all below attributes together: 1. Freehold 2. Developed by reputable developer(CDL) 3. Full facility(with tennis court) 4. Locates at mature estate area right next to Market and food court 5. Walk distance to MRT(through shortcut across AYE bridge) 6. Within 1km to top school Nan Hua school 7. Very peaceful living for all those units facing landed houses( including stack31) I do agree with those comments about noise for units facing AYE, as a balance those units have nice pool view. All in all, as an owner, I think Hundred Trees is a hidden gem at clementi/west coast area. -

both noisy and hot, overpriced
must avoid the unit facing landed property in the corner stack close to a HDB block (stack 31). east morning sun baking the master bedroom walls and then west sun coming through the windows. Entire house is so hot from sun heat the whole day. Highway noise like an airport because it is at the corner so close to so many roads. High level is worse. -

Great transportation connectivity
With a shuttle bus that departs every 30min from hundred trees, the AYE just 5 minutes away, Clementi mall in walking distance all provides great transportation with little to no stress. -

After two years stay
After staying here as tenant for past 2 years, i love this condo simply because the facilities is huge, theres ample car park, convenient for drivers as well as shuttle service to clementi mrt and west coast plaza. It took 2 minutes walk to nearby ayer rajah market and food centre as well as ntuc and shops. For drivers, exit from AYE at west coast way and it took only 300m drive to reach home. Location is close to jurong east town as well as reputable institutions such as NUS, SIM and Ngee Ann poly. Theres also japanese school nearby which is the reason why there are so many Japanese expats here. This condo also popular with Westerners as well as Local. Layout wise, its pretty spacious despite new condo which tend known with smaller units. It has squarish layout and has pretty good built in wardrobe. Finishing not that bad as it was under renowned developer City Development. One good thing about the unit here is that it has large doors which is handicap friendly. The development itself are handicap friendly with wide alleys and ramps. Every tower has one handicap lot. There are two swimming pool, one large pool about 100m length and the other one 25m lap pool which provides more privacy for swimmers. Gym is slightly small but equipment in good condition. There's only one function room and 2 bbq pit Tennis court is decent and there's also half court basketball. There's jogging track which is good for pet owners to bring their dogs around. Playground is sufficient for my kids However there are downsides in this condo. First of all the noise from AYE as mentioned by others in earlier posts. Yes some noises but i do close my window and i hardly hear any noise from the expressway. Quite good sound insulation has minimize the noise level and another tip for u is to get lower level. Management issues in first year due slow response in rectifying prob but new elected management team is much better than previous one. Lastly shuttle bus frequency can be improved -

Love this place.
Have been staying here for 2 years after TOP. Wonderful place to stay. So near to all the required amenities. There is even a "park" right outside the front of this condo where you can bring your dog for walk on daily basis. Driving to orchard is only 15 mins away. There may be complains on the AYE noise but when you close the door and window, it is basically very quite. Nowadays, who else staying in the condo do not on air con to sleep during the night time? -

Hundred Trees
Always wonder if there are really 100 trees, but this condo does really have lush greenery landscape. There may be some noises from the AYE expressway but otherwise this is great place for those those studying and working in the west -

Over-priced property in the WEST
This property is OVER PRICED as its PSF is hovering around $1250 to an astonishing $1700 in this current market trend 2015. Realistically, its PSF should be at least 20% lower. Cons: 1) It faces the expressway -- very high noise level from AYE. 2) Clementi MRT station is 15 25mins walk away. (Just imagine on days where it is a really hot weather) 3) Swimming pool is always freezing cold. 4) Construction of NEWEST is around the corner (Dust and noise level is up) 5) Shuttle service is inadequate. 6) Facilities (Function room always booked) 7) Landed property facing (Always full of dogs barking) 8) Landed property facing (Heavy vehicles passing by the small road outside condo at 6am onwards and 12pm after are a common feature--very noisy) 9) Lambo car coming back and going out is always able to alert everyone even though i am living in top floor. Pros: 1) The property is quite squarish, allowing better usage. 2) 1 floor only 4 properties. 3) Security guards are friendly and pro-active. -
