SEE and HEAR person
Noise is certainly bad (especially during weekday peak hours) - just stand @ Hong Leong Garden and you can image how noisy will the pool and playground be. Pollution should also be bad (drive past Infinity and very seldom see units opening their Window or yard door. Also checked out those units (4bedroom) facing the landed house, it is also very noisy especially when you open the kitchen window or yard door. -

NOISY
Wow!! unbelievable noisy (even for units facing the landed houses) and pollution from AYE traffic. For those who is interested in this project, MUST MUST view units before purchase to hear/see for yourself. -

Some positives
Some people tell me this is not good facing the highway because of the noise and pollution. With proper design and material I suppose this can be minimized? One advantage to think about - all properties in Singapore get marching orders when someone in urban planning draws a road through it. They usually leave those built along highways alone not? -

Already sold my unit
i bought a 786 sq ft unit during launch based on the showroom model and catalogue. when i saw my block last year, i was shock to see that it was so close to the clementi ave 6 flyover. Noise and pollution will definitely be bad. also disappointed with the building design which is ordinary to me. traffic during morning n evening peak hours expected to be worst as there are few projects nearby plus the HBD dwellers. -

Noise and Polllution
The location is good. The design of the condo is good. But the main problem is the noise and pollution. In the long run, it will affect one's health and hearing. The noise level is for too high for people to stay especially those facing the highway.Think twice before buying the flat. Pollution is worse, this might have a long term effect on your health. Definitely not suitable for family with young children. -

Good Potential for Price Appreciation
This project is a 999years leasehold as good as freehold which compare to all those 99 years condo new launch under mass market condos now already hit more than $1000psf and above, all the more the west region is up and coming with lots of happing in the pipeline. Based on the indicative price on $1,027psf(avg) is way too low, there are a lot more rooms for the price to be adjusted upwards to match the actual current market price. My personal feel on the price now is way under price and it should be average at $1,200psf range will be more justifiable. -

Best Of Both Worlds
This condo is designed by one of Singapore best architect with many years of proven track record whom the founder is our late ex-president Ong Teng Cheong. The location is close to many amenities (Schools, Market, Food Centres, MRT, Shopping Mall, parks etc.) and yet resides exclusively with other private residential clusters. The location is quite windy most of the time as the road name, West Coast Drive suggests that it is near a sea coast though past land reclamation had made the coast further away. Traffic noise level will be much reduced during off peak hours. With air-con switched on and windows closed , the traffice noise will be negligible. -

Prestige Residence
Smartly located within the Japanese community and various amenities (mins walk to Ayer Rajah Hawker Center), the Hundred Trees is also close to the future Clementi Mall and Clementi MRT. The layout of the units are amazingly spaciously designed, especially the larger 2-bedder units. Having said that, all units are brightly lit by natural light while retaining the N/S facing. Branded appliances like Ariston are used and furnishings are modern. Trees lineup and a HUGE pool creates a romantic and relax atmosphere. Having said that, this 956yrs LH development by CDL is the most prestigious amongst those in the proximity. Thumbs up to the developer!!! -

Exhilarating Pink Trees
The most exciting aspect of this development is the huge concentration of the pink color trees which would align the beautiful landscape of HUNDRED TREES. Such an arrangement will create a highly breath-taking view that's exactly like the cherry blossoms in JAPAN. The Japanese community as well as many people residing in the West Coast area will find this concept exceptionally appealing and refreshing. This is the brainchild of CDL, the developer who brought us St. Regis and The Sail. Launching very soon. -
