Gorgeous facilities and nice squarish units!
We spent very long house hunting and jadescape was one of the only few places that ticked all our boxes - Pretty facilities, nice squarish 3br units above 1000 sq ft large enough to accomodate families, 5 min walking distance to mrt, within 1km to Cat high primary school, and near the upper Thompson food stretch. Love the environment but would only go for the units that are inward facing (and preferably high floor or with good views) to avoid the road dust and noise! -

Gorgeous facilities and nice squarish units!
Facilities are very beautiful, convenient location 5 min walk to mrt, with proximity to primary school and food options. But make sure to go for the units that are non road facing to avoid the dust and noise! -

stunning development. Great facilities. Super
Beautiful development with the main pool & skyline pool. Amazing facilities, main gym is huge and better equipped than most boutique gyms. we like to use the theatre & karaoke rooms and also the numerous function rooms. Love the location, near 2 MRT stations. Walking distance to Macritche reservoir & Bishan park for my morning walk. Some issues with break down of gates etc but all part & parcel of condo living. neighbours at my blk & floor are all friendly. Gonna miss this place when we eventually move out. -

Product of China, indeed !
The lousiest condo I’ve ever stayed in. Shoddy work, poor workmanship, poor finishing, endless defects and problems within the condo. Access system in the estate such as side gates, tower block lobby gates, private lifts, and intercom systems are all faulty and it has been going on for weeks. The system provider, Hilife Interactive Pte is having unresolved contractual issues with their upstream contractors.. Lousy attitude of management and security guards. -

Termites Uncontrolled - happened in multiple
Poor interior and cheap materials. Management attitude is bad no sense of urgency when dealing with termites. -

Interior quality is bad
The interior is quite bad. Quality of material is not durable and cheap. Watch out for the tile. It’s scratch super easily. -

Stunning development
Grand entrance, useful and beautiful facilities including a huge gym that rivals popular commercial gyms and attractive pools and pavilions for individuals and families alike. Design was very well thought through with a clean, modern facade that will withstand the test of time. Location is also superb, close to multiple amenities, parks, reservoirs, countless eateries, top schools in Singapore. It’s also right opposite a popular market and mere minutes walk away to Marymount Mrt which is well connected to the red and blue lines. Although it’s situated in central, the development still offers much-needed peace and quiet due to its design. Overall a gorgeous, well-rounded development in the popular central region of Singapore. -

Beautiful Development
Went down to collect keys yesterday and the place is absolutelyyy beautiful. I particularly appreciate how the developer made extra thought to cater for the families with children amenities and playroom, and also has function rooms for the adults. For real excited to stay here!! -

Smartest home
Everything in the home is "smart". I work in tech so I wanted to align my living experience with my work. Jadescape’s smart homes are the right fit for me. The apartments come with smart air conditioners and other appliances. There’s even a smart estate management system for plumbing and electrical services. It really deserves all the awards. -
