  Deserves all the accolades

  How many of you can say that you live in an award-winning condo? I'll be moving into one in the near future. Without sounding like I’m boasting too much, Jadescape won four PropertyGuru Asia property awards in 2019, so that should speak for itself. We hope to move here as soon as the project is completed as we're still renting. I do my shopping at the nearby Thomson Plaza and at Sheng Siong supermarket.

  Considered one of the best selling project at

  Considered one of the best selling project at this point of writing. One of the reason may be the lack of new mega condo launch in district 20 in recent times and another reason is its close proximity
