Truly rare find
We are incredibly blessed to have found this home. Big thank you to my agent on finding this gem and introducing it to my hubby. Rare to find spacious homes at such great prices and locaiton. Truly rare find. The apartments are spacious, non odd designs and pillars. The facilities are well spaced out. I was surprised by the pool and gym for a condo this size. Shuttle buses make it conveniet for my family and helper. And the stroll out to nearby amenities, bus stops and MRT stations have natural and cool shading from all the greenery. -

This is home
My family and I spent six months home hunting, it was difficult to meet our requirements and our agent was really patient. We wanted the following (1) peace and quiet - this is a bustling city and we didn't need that to be our neighbourhood (2) greenery and not concrete blocks - with climate change, we didn't want to leave in hot zones, yes, there is Singapore Map that showed us this is one of the coolest place. (3) still convenient to amenities and transport (4) spacious. This condo met all our requirements, one of our best choices made. -

Great expectations met
It's been two years and we just renewed our lease. Landlord is great. Location is even greater. Our family moved into Singapore just over four years ago. Our first home was in Newton area, lots of green but we didn't want to be so close to traffic and the general population. Our agent found this incredible condo and we have decided to renew our lease for another two more years, with the right for first refusal as we didn't want higher offers to deprioritse our lease. We love how big this small condo is. The units do not have unusal curves and pillars allowing us to maximise our use. Transport in Singapore is easy while the condo also has transportation to the neaeby subway and amenities. Great find! -

Peace and quiet
We chose this home a few years back for very specific reasons. (1) it has to be near the city (2) near the city but MUST be quiet (3) access has to be manageable. (4) Greenery is a must (5) Spacious. Our agent did a good job and found this location. Our kids are in their teens, they use the condo transport to the MRT, hosting guests here is easy and the love the quiet and tranquility the condo has to offer. This is quite a good find, ticks all of our boxes. -

My Permanent Resort
Our home feels like one of those hilltop resorts in Bali. Top of the hill, tucked next to so much green, and yet access is easy with condo transport. We love the space we got both in our apartment and the common areas given that this is a small condo where nearly everyone is friendly and they actually lookout for one another. Love the community spirit here. We have 3 cars, management is really flexible allocating nearby lots from residents who do not own a car. Management are not sticky with rules, a relief compared to our previous place. -

Love our home
We recently had a dinner with some ex neighbours in our former condo. I had to write this as soon as I got home. After living here for 3 years now, we have no regrets and this place is nearly a perfect ten. Nearly everything we have hoped for. Quiet, serene and yet accessible. Big sized units, surrounded by lush tropical green, some of the best homes are in our neighbourhood, family-oriented, big on facilities for a small condo. What's to regret? We are so glad we moved here. -

Tranquil and private
A home we chose that is nestled within the exclusive, tranquil swiss view residential enclave, flanked by the prestigious good class bungalow estate and the verdant expanse of bukit timah nature reserve, our new home offers an idea sanctuary tor discerning families seeking privacy and serenity. Absolutely love it. Amazed that the insect issues were really not noticeable compared to our previous home in the city. It's only in the evenings we turn on our mosquito lamps for a couple of hours. Neighbours are friendly and warm, both our dogs and child loves this place. -

Small condo but with full amenities.
A condo surrounded by nature. Love it here. Pleasantly surprised by an old estate, upkeep is very classic. I work from home at times and it's so serene. Small condo but with full amenities. -

Home away
We moved in year a few years back and have seen how this condo has evolved. Previous management was really bad, a new management has taken over and has since improved and includes an app that allowed for condo and nearby news, including booking system. Kids and dog absolutely love the sprawling greenery and privacy. Tucked towards the reservation area, we are spoiled with the quiet, nature easy access to the new forest trails. Condo services also provide easy access to MRT stations and other convenient stores nearby. We are currently rejecting offers as it's tough to find another place like this. -
