Nature living
Moved in here and fell in love with the place. Great for my newborn, fresh air, quiet. Its rare to live in such a city, when i open my windows, hardly any sound of traffic. Love the nature walks, step out and we are next to the reserves. There are new trails that allows us to hike to the top of the hill where we arrive at the Colugo Deck with an amazing view. Around us is the Rifle Range Nature Park. The condo is so quaint, with so enough amenities to keep us busy and isn't crowded, and that's what we love. There is transport provided by the condo, this allows us to easily get to the main road or nearby MRT if we do not want to walk. The transport also takes us back from the MRT or we can walk back. -

Peaceful, tranquil, resort living
Beautiful, quiet condo, with large spaces. Condo blocks are well spaced providing privacy and keeping the tranquility. -

Peaceful, tranquil, resort living
This is NOT for you if you want to have large malls, crowds accompanied with the sound of traffic. This location is perfect if you love the outdoors and appreciate greenery. Tastefully built condo with an evergreen design that will last. We moved in with our little child 5 years ago and have not regretted every since. Very nice neigborhood, very low traffic, almost non-existent. The property has a free bus that will take residents to MRT, convenient stores and mall which is less than 3-5 minutes away. If you do not like the greenery and do not like serenity, then this is not the place for you. Management here is responsive and ensures the property is well kept. -

Affordable, Quiet, Luxurious
Rented and lived here. In the heart of the city but tucked away next to a forest reservation. Very peaceful and quiet. Great amenities with a small population, meaning, the pool, gym, tennis courts are always not crowded. Lovely neighbors. Families tend to sleep early so its very quiet and peaceful. Very breezy and facing nature all the time. There is condo transport which makes it very convenient. Each home can park two cars or more. Gym is amazingly huge for the condo, well equipped, pool is very quiet, i get to work by the pool as Wifi from my home is good. Management is responsive, we had some issues and they fix that fast. -

Nice units but awful management
High service fees not reinvested in condo upkeep, basic maintenance inadequate with dangerous results for residents and children. A pity about the terrible management or it would be great. -

Condo in deteriorating state
La Suisse I, with its spacious units and peaceful environment, used to be a great place to live. However, without proper maintenance and investment by management it's deteriorating fast. Lifts break down frequently; water leakage in common areas; playgrounds unsafe and in deplorable state; the gym, while spacious, is not cleaned properly, had mirrors removed but not replaced, and has old, rusty, defect, and poorly maintained equipment. Management's attitude changed in the past two to three years and is not aimed at maintaining a good livable environment for residents. While being close to some international schools, please try to avoid this condo if you have kids as the rules and complaining residents don't allow them to be kids. For a quiet place, La Suisse I might be perfect. -

La Suisse 1
A great condo with very spacious apts, excellent pool, tennis and squash courts. Very peaceful and cooler climate with elevated breeze. Right next door to British and Swiss Clubs and Dutch, Swiss, German and Korean Schools. Shuttle bus links to Main Road and Newton MRT. -

La Suisse I
Hi, if you are a family with kids, having your kids are going to the german, swiss, dutch or korean school and/or you are interested in being member of the british or the swiss club, there is no better place than La Suisse I. We lived there for many years. Having said that, choose your unit carefully. -

LaSuisse
La Suisse is out of the way and peaceful.It is close to Swiss Club, British Club, Canadian Schools and German School. It's close to the PIE too but you don't notice . La Suisse I has pool, squash court , gym and tennis courts. Downsides are remote location and signs of age in the recreational areas. Many of the units for rent are still owned by the original developer. -
