One of the best condos in the awest
The condo is located near to MRT (7 minutes with fully covered walk path), the price is very reasonable for the size, location and facility. The facilities are well maintained even though not new. The condo lay out and size are very perfect. The size of the condo is liveable and the lay out is square ish. Making the condo is perfect for staying. Especially if you are coming from the country where we use to stay in the big size property. Ideal for expats as well as local Singaporean. It is also good for family and single. I immediately like this place after 6 month doing our house hunting. -

Overall Opinion is Wonderful
Honestly, I don’t know about others, this is my own opinion of this place as I got a unit last year. Like the huge and spaciousness of the unit from this development. Nowadays most newer condo do not have such huge area anymore. Nice and clean environment, I can say. They have a lap pool and a nice kiddo waddling pool; a jacuzzi! There is social pool between kiddish waddling pool and lap pool. -

Peaceful and convenient Place for Staying
This is the best project near Lakeside MRT. The location is walking distance to lakeside MRT with fully covered walking path so you don’t have to bother to bring umbrella. A lot of amenities nearby. The unit is very spacious and rooms are square-ish. Therefore, it is live able unlike newer condos nearby which are very small. Great place and I really recommend for people who wants to stay in the reasonable living space. -

Peaceful Condo and Good Size Units
I decided to take a unit at Lakeholmz after 8 months of house hunting. I like the unit as the it has the right size not too small like the new condo and the price is also reasonable. Rooms are squares so it's easy to arrange furniture. The condo is also quiet and peaceful. I really recommend people with family who would like to stay in good condo close to MRT and needs extra space. -

Lakeholmz
Lakeholmz boasts a beautiful swimming pool and ground floor units with large patios. Quite beautiful at night. Within walking distance to Lakeside MRT station and near to Jurong Point. Sizes in the units are moderate, not too big but still acceptable. -

Genuine review
Lakeholmz is not under my choice of purchase and I did not even wanted to view any units when I planned to upgrade from my HDB. My 1st choice after viewing a few nearby projects was ParcVista as the facilities is great. However, after much viewing at Parc Vista and could not find a unit I like, I finally arrange to view the 1st unit as I think no harm viewing. After which I finally fell love at first sight of the project, although it looked rather plain and small outside, but peaceful and the units condition are definitely better than Parc Vista, with bright marble flooring. I ended confirming a unit at Lakeholmz after 5 months viewing. Look forward to staying there with my kids. ;) -

Good area, ok condo
about 6-7 mins from the MRT and good place for outdoor activies near lake and chinese garden. Jurong point mall also very close by - 1 bus stop. But condo is old, avg facilities, pool also very small. Maintenance is ok. Units near the MRT track will hear noise but not too much. -

A honest review
I have to say that reviews on this website are funny and not completely sincere. Potential sellers seem to praise sky high while sellers of neighbouring condos are putting down the place. Well I just bought a four bedder and moved in 2 months ago and I can only say that I love the place. It's full of families who seem here to stay and the units are spacious and well ventilated. Although facilities are quite basic, they are ok. The management could try harder to spruce up the place but still it's not too bad. The place has a peaceful and quiet feel, which is very important to me personally. -

Fair comment
I have been staying at lakeside area more than 10 years and are looking for a good bargain near to lakeside mrt. As caspian price is sky high, so I tried to see whether lakeholmz is a good buy as the price is lower than caspian, but just next to caspian. I went to view a ground floor with large patio. The unit layout and size is acceptable but the maintenance of the condo is terrible. It is really run down and you can see the puddles of water. In fact, it is worse than parc oasis which is much older than lakeholmz. After the first viewing, I decided to give it a miss. The location is near to mrt, but not near to amenities. -

I compare to the few projects around the area and this is just my frank view. No offends to anyone. Parc Vista seem better managed than Lakeholmz. I think the interior is equally not well managed. The pond is dirty and there are stains everywhere. It look like a run down student hostel. I do see why some unit are transacted at 700psf in the caveats.Perhaps some firesales. Even if it is dirt cheap I think I still give it a miss. I like a new home but Caspian, Centris is way off my budget. Sigh... -
